Nota d'usoEntrambi i sostantivi arms e weapons possono essere tradotti in italiano con “armi”, ma possiedono diverse sfumature di significato. Arms viene usato esclusivamente al plurale e in ambito militare, specialmente quando si tratta di muovere guerra: a call to arms, chiamata alle armi; arms race, corsa alle armi.
